Winemaker's Notes

Great racy wine, round, beautiful light yellow color, slightly golden. Aromatic, pleasant and ample wine. Aging on lees gives it its nobility and power.

We say that this wine conjures visions of alpine meadows and glacial melt from the first whiff of the glass.  Compare to tasty, mineral driven Swiss wines as Chasselas and pair with fondue or rich mountain cuisine as cured or roasted meats.
