Domaine Chante Perdrix Châteauneuf-du-Pape - 2019 (750ml)

Coming from two killer terroirs, Les Serres and Les Gallimardes (both in the southern part of the appellation), the 1998 Chateauneuf du Pape is a ripe, old-school styled effort that gives up plenty of ground pepper, garrigue, truffle, gamy meats and olive. Medium to full-bodied, with a soft, rounded, mature feel, it’s a solid wine ideal for drinking over the coming couple of years.
