"This shows a beautiful, mature, burnished copper color and a plum, toast, earth and smoke bouquet with that 'funky-in-a-great-way' complex Pinot edge. It's creamy and full on the palate, with a lovely mousse and near perfect acidity, and dried cherry, berry and plum flavors bearing sweet hay and earthy notes.
