Demiere Lysandre Chardonnay Brut -2013 (750ml)
A 100% Chardonnay from the 2013 harvest, aged in oak for 8 months and completing Malolactic conversion. Put in bottle for aging on the lees on March 19, 2014.  The bottle is wrapped in a special UV protective plastic wrapper.
Winemaker's Notes
Ripe citrus aromas are bold and pronounced. The bouquet combines floral notes and fruity aromas of fresh apple and tart green pear. Balanced acidity, toast, brioche, and cream, along with citrus fruit follows on the long finish. A delicate hint of salinity adds complexity and depth.
