Demiere Es'sens - NV (750ml)

Es'sens is a 100% Meunier, NV, but inspired by the 100% Meunier vintage (Lysandre, currently 2009), in that it is only elaborated the "vintageable" years, and therefore not every year. While we are currently testing dosage options, I am thinking that it will most likely be offered firstly as a Brut at 6-7g/L. This champagne has a beautiful and typical "Demière-signature" expression (seemless) of salty freshness (citrus) with deeper and bolder fruity aromas. The terroir, the no MALO, the stainless steel vinification, and the longer ageing all contribute to this dual aromatic expression that is "so Demière".
