This Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling based blend from Southern Australia is pale gold colored and has a very shy bouquet of pineapple, pear, talc and floral notes. On the palate, it is fresh and crisp with a light to medium body and medium + acidity. It has flavors of pear, green apple, minerality and a hint of lime. The finish is long and citrusy.
