One of the classic amaros every bartender seems to have on hand, this artichoke-based spirit is on the gentler side of the amaro spectrum. It doesn’t really resemble artichokes; instead, the aroma is intensely herbal, even slightly medicinal, and on the tongue it’s sweet and light, laced with herbal flavors and notes of allspice and cola.
