Dolores Cabrera La Araucaria Tinto - 2022 (750ml)

Grown on the volcanic island of Tenerife this wine is made from 100% Listan Negro grown on organically farmed 100-year-old vines. The grapes see a 7 day whole cluster fermentation followed by another week of fermentation after pressing.  The wine is aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks prior to bottling with no sulphur added.
