Its microclimate allows for early ripening. The soils are sandy-silt-limestone and the plot faces south.
This red edition usually incorporates around 40% whole clusters, is fermented in cement tank with wild yeasts seeing daily pump-overs and then aged for 12 months in oak barrels only 10% new. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulfur.
