Clic was created by young winemaker Enrico Coser, son of Fabio Coser, from RONCO DEI TASSI, with the objective of introducing a new generation of wine drinkers to the pleasures of the grapes and wines of Friuli. The name Clic, in Friulian dialect, refers to a “small glass of wine to be shared with friends” – precisely the aim of this lineup of wines. The Clic wines represent a great value and focus on drinkability, bottled with a screw-cap closure and sporting decidedly modern packaging.
Fruit for the Clic wines is sourced from estate vineyards and neighboring growers int the Collio and Isonzo areas. The official Collio wine-growing zone encompasses a banana-shaped area among the hills around Gorizio, in the far north-eastern corner of Italy on the border with Slovenia.Â
