Certified organic Sauvignon Blanc from the Grand Cru Zieregg vineyard in northern Croatia.Ā The vines are grown on limestone soils.Ā The grapes start fermentation spontaneously in large oak foudres made from Styrian wood which was dried between 8-10 years prior to cooperage.The resulting wine is aged for 1 year on lees in the oak casks and another year in stainless steel tank prior to bottling.
