Mostly Sauvignon Blanc from organically farmed, family-owned vineyards. Aged all in stainless steel without any oak.

Showing both crisp,  citrus and richer lemon blossom and yellow apple notes.  The wine is medium-bodied and offers fresh acidity with a round, texturally rich finish.
