Chateau Barbabelle Madeleine Rose - 2024 (750ml)

Made from estate-grown vineyards which are in conversion to organic certifications.  This is a blend of Grenache, Syrah and a touch of Cinsault, grown on limestone.  It has a savory, dry, stone-inflected nose and crisply structured palate that should pair well with fruity olive oil fried vegetables or seafood with aioli.
