Chat Clot de l'Oum Cotes du Roussillon Villages Caramany Numero Uno - 2002 (750ml)

Blend of Syrah from high altitude on Granites. Hand-harvested and fermented with indigenous yeasts and moderate sulfites. Maceration for 15 days. Aged in patinated barrels for 18 months.
