To the eye the dress is gold with green reflections, shiny. Fine bubbles form a persistent cord. The nose discovers aromas of melon and white fruit (pear) with a spicy touch. The structured and fleshy mouth brings balance and freshness to this fine wine. Assembly 70% Chardonnay of which 25% reserve wine 30% Pinot Noir
