Castillo Monjardin Chardonnay Unoaked - 2023 (750ml)

From our family vineyards, we make an excellent Chardonnay with the characteristics of a cool climate and high altitude. Harvested with the cold of the night, slowly ferments and aged with no oak. It exhibits a perfume of citrus, apple, and white peach. On the palate is fresh, it is a vibrant Chardonnay with lively acidity, good concentration, rich and long.

It has a bright yellow colour a fresh and persistent palate, with tropical notes at the beginning that become citrusy towards the end of the palate.
