A barrel-aged black vermouth, Tender is the Night is made from the best local grapes and natural herbs and spices, black walnuts from our farm, and oranges of Seville. Inspired by John Keats' "Ode to a Nightingale," this rare Spanish vermouth will transport the truehearted drinker to worlds unseen on the "viewless wings of Poesy."

Try it on its own, or on the rocks, with a twist of orange.
