Cantina San Biagio Vecchio Cacciabruco - 2022 (750ml)

Made from grapes grown organically in Emilia Romagna.  It is a blend of 20 % Malvasia Aromatica, 40 % Trebbiano, 40 % Albana.  The Malvasia spent a week on the skins, while the other grapes were vinified as white wine. This offers a bright, clean nose of citrus, preserved lemon, a hint of petrol.  On the palate the wine is structured but playful with fresh acidity and good drive on the palate, with texture from the skins adding interest without excess weight.
