Caillottes Sancerre La Croix St-Laurent - 2023 (750ml)

The ‘Caillottes’ soil is made of small limestone pebbles mixed with clay.  This cuvee sees a short maturation in acacia cask, which emphasizes the crisp, green, herbal and floral tones echoing flowering linden or plane trees.
