Brard-Blanchard Cognac XO (500ml)

This organic Fin Bois XO is a blend of eau-de-vie more than 30 years old. Light amber in color, with bright aromas of herbs and violets at first, then the nose opens up to ripe pear and peach and notes of leather and toasted oak. In the mouth, it's soft and subtle, offering dried apricot, candied orange and marmalade, balanced by spice and cedar wood. (40% abv)
