Aged three to 10 years (average of five years), this organic Fin Bois is simple, straightforward and fruity, but solid and well-made. Golden honey in color, with lots of fresh flowers on the nose and creamy vanilla on the palate, but balanced by juicy acidity, pepper and baking spices. (40% abv)
