Welcoming back another member of the family this year,Ā BourbonĀ CountyĀ BrandĀ StoutĀ Bananas FosterĀ StoutĀ makes its debut on the national stage.Ā This recipe was first released in 2017 as our Proprietorās BrandĀ StoutĀ and only available in our home market of Chicago. Passionately adored by many, this beer is especially near and dear to our brewer Quinn Fuechslās heart. At the time when we first released this beer, banana was not a commonly used ingredient inĀ stoutālet alone any beer. Quinn had a good feeling though that the classic flavors of banana, almond and cassia bark would be perfect ingredients in ourĀ bourbonĀ barrel-aged imperialĀ stout. We have to sayā¦ he was right. Sure to bring a bit of flare to your palate, this decadent pour is well-balanced with deep caramelization, aromas of fresh baked banana bread and warm notes of cinnamon and almond.
