Includes lemongrass, galangal and lime leaf as well...

Suggested pour: 6oz mix, 2oz vodka, squeeze of lime and dash of citrus bitters; shake on ice and garnish with scallion and lime. 

Alternative pour: Muddle Thai basil with citrus bitters in mixing cup, add 6oz mix, 2oz dry rye whiskey and a spoonful of sambal oelek, shake hard and strain into a chilled coupe.  Garnish with Thai basil leaves, picked ginger and pair with fried shrimp chips.
