COLOUR . Open topaz, limpid with golden nuance.
AROMA . Very characteristic bouquet, rich of spices, vanilla-like sweets, dried fruits and dried leaf infusions.
MOUTH . Sweet on the attack, then very balanced with freshness, smooth and dense, with a long aftertaste of dried fruits and some spice.
FOOD PAIRING . Excellent as an  digestif, pairs well with butter biscuits, apple tatin, blue cheeses
