Bastide de Fave Heritage de Saint Victor Blanc - 2023 (750ml)

100% Vermentino from organically grown grapes.  The vineyard is located in the Coteaux Varois en Provence sub-region of Provence which is inland from the coast, and consequently cooler with later harvest dates and more freshness in the finished wine.  This offers aromas of subtle, spring-tree blossoms, resinous herbs, and an oceanic mineral component.  Try this with any fresh fish, shellfish or vegetable dishes.  This can stand up to assertive flavors.
