Axios Cabernet Sauvignon - 2000 (750ml)

Remarkably complex and well-made, with a core of earthy currant, black cherry, beet root, anise, tobacco and cedary notes. Turns earthier on the finish, in a pleasing way, with firm tannins. Best from 2004 through 2012. 375 cases made.
