Atelier Vie Calio White Rum (750ml)

Calio Rum is made from 100% Louisiana molasses at our New Orleans distillery. We source our molasses from a local sugar mill that is just 80 miles from the distillery. It’s a distinctive blackstrap molasses with amazing flavor and Louisiana terroir. Calio is a clear rum and no sugar is added, either to the molasses during fermentation, or to the finished distillate. Calio is has not been filtered and no flavoring has been added. Just pure molasses flavor enhanced by pot still distillation. Suggested Recipe No Sugar Daiquiri Add equal parts of Calio and lime juice to a mixing tin with ice. Shake vigorously and pour over the rocks. Very refreshing for the hottest days of summer.
