Blended with 10% Sémillon, the 2024 Sauvignon Blanc was barrel-fermented and matured for six months in 30% new French oak. It bursts from the glass with intense aromas of kiwi, green guava, peach, elderflower and spice. The medium-bodied palate combines concentrated, perfumed flavors with well-integrated new oak spice. It has a pleasantly waxy texture, bright, juicy acidity and a long, nuanced finish. 3,325 cases were made. Drink it over the next 5-7 years. – Erin Brooks
