Anne Pichon Vermentino Sauvage - 2025 (750ml)

Anne and her husband bought a broken-down farmhouse near the start point of the Tour de France.  After working on the house, the grounds came next, where they found ancient vines of Grenache and Vermentino.  They started recuperating the vines and created this wine, which shows off with honeysuckle and cantaloupe aromas, a medium-full body and more acidity than normal for the variety, given focus and structure to the palate.  Perfect for intensely flavored foods from Aioli to Shwarma or even curry dishes.
