A 12 cask blend of both pot and Krassel column still rums, this aged for a minimum of 3 years in new French oak. Distilled from natural cane juice from the hillsides of the region, this has aromas of citrus zest, cinnamon, black pepper, sandalwood, oats, apples and menthol.
