ACON Targum - 2004 (750ml)

Glass-staining ruby. Deep, powerfully scented bouquet of blackberry and boysenberry preserves, cola, smoked meat, licorice and allspice. Lush and creamy, offering sweet dark berry preserve and cherry-cola flavors, with notes of floral pastille and succulent herbs adding complexity. Velvety tannins frame the powerful fruit and carry through the long, oak-spicy finish. More elegant than the powerful 2004 Targum, and wearing its oak more gracefully.
